These terms and conditions shall super cede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Nicsons Pet Mall. Nicsons Pet Mall reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
 
Liability
 
Nicsons Pet Mall is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
 
Delivery
 
Pick Up From Store is valid only if customer contact Nicsons Pet Mall team immediately after this order is placed. Pick up must made within 7 days. Otherwise payment will be refund back to your bank account with 10% discard fee applies.
Delivery fee at checkout is avalibale for single order only, delivery fee is not accept for additional orders.
Free shipping can not apply to multiple orders.
The delivery times provided by Nicsons Pet Mall are estimates only. Nicsons Pet Mall will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.  All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Nicsons Pet Mall cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. 

 
Return Policy
 

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from petmall.co.nz. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible! 

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from petmall.co.nz. You can choose to either exchange the product or get your money refunded or as store credit. Our policy allows returns for up to 14 days from the purchase date.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.

To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. If it fails to meet these conditions then we will not process a refund or credit.

We cannot refund bags of food or treats that have been opened, unless it falls under the palatability guarantee. 

Faulty or Defective Products
 
We try to stock the highest quality products available but unfortunately sometimes a product may not work as expected. In the first instance we recommend that you call us or please contact us by email: petmallnz@gmail.com as we can hopefully offer immediate advice to resolve the problem. If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in New Zealand Dollars.
 
Taxes and other charges
 
All prices and delivery charges within New Zealand are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax at the rate of 15%.
