- Cut out size of 174mm x 165mm (this door is NOT designed for installation into glass - please see our glass fitting option, requiring a circular cut out if your existing door/position is glass).
- The overall size of this door is 200mm tall x 192mm wide
- The flap size is approx. 150mm x 145mm - this tinted flap includes a draught-strip around the flap to help keep out the wind/draughts and a magnet draws the flap back after only a few swings after use.
- We do not advise this door for a Rag Doll or Maine Coon cats or cats over 6kg.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from petmall.co.nz. You can choose to either exchange the product or get your money refunded or as store credit. Our policy allows returns for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.
To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
