Product warranties are different for each product. To enquire about a specific warranty please refer to the product description or contact us for further information. We will assist you wherever possible when lodging warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers. 

For all of the pet toy we don’t have warranty on it if the pet chew through the toy. Supervision is Recommended when your pet plays with toys. Remove toy from pet if any part is damaged.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
