Simply squeeze the soft gel out of the pack and feed it to your reptile, either using a spoon, tweezers or on your finger. Dragon Gel has a soft, chewy flavourful taste which replicates the texture of vegetables and live food with mealworm, silkworm and vegetable ingredients, like Japanese mustard spinach making Dragon Gel attractive to your lizard. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from petmall.co.nz. You can choose to either exchange the product or get your money refunded or as store credit. Our policy allows returns for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.
To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
