Please note: Panels arrive vacuum packed – lay them flat and allow at least 24 hours to reach full height before installing. Acoustic foam reduces echo inside a room; it is not soundproofing and won't stop noise travelling through walls.

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.
To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
