Our enzyme and oxygen based formula, deeply penetrates to eliminate tough pet stains and odours, including urine, faeces and vomit. The dual action formula destroys odours on contact, removes pheromones which prevents resoiling. The fast drying formula eliminates tracking, and is extremely effective and works on old and deep stains and odours. No More Stains+Odours is suitable for use on carpets, hard floors, upholstery, linens, clothing and pet bedding.
Directions
Before using, test surface to be treated for colour fastness by applying to a hidden area, wait 5 minutes then wipe with a cloth. If colour is removed from the test area, do not use Stain+Odour Remover on those surfaces. Always use No More Stains+Odours at full strength.
Stain Removal
Wipe up as much of stain as possible, thoroughly soak stain with No More Stains+Odours. Wait 5 minutes, then wipe away stain with a cloth. Keep pets away while treated area dries. NOTE: For tough stains, use a bristle brush. If stain is not completely removed, re-soak area and allow No More Stains+Odours to work for 1 hour, then wipe with a cloth.
Odour Elimination
Wipe up excess odour causing material, thoroughly soak area with No More Stains+Odours. Wait 5 minutes, then blot dry with a cloth. Allow to dry completely before expecting complete odour removal. While the treated area dry keep pets away from the area. NOTE: For tough odours in carpets, e.g. urine, apply sufficient liquid to reach all odour causing material. Wait 1 hour, then blot dry. Allow treated area to air dry completely before total odour removal.
Laundry Use
Saturate stain and odours with full strength No More Stains+Odours before washing as normal.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from petmall.co.nz. You can choose to either exchange the product or get your money refunded or as store credit. Our policy allows returns for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.
To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached.
