Directions
- Before using test surface for colour fastness in a hidden area.
- Wait 5 minutes then wipe with a cloth.
- If colour is removed do not use on those surfaces.
- Always use at full strength.
Stain Removal
- Wipe up as much of stain as possible.
- Thoroughly soak stain with No More Stains+Odours.
- Wait 5 minutes then wipe away stain with a cloth.
- Keep pets away while treated area dries.
- For tough stains use a bristle brush.
- If stain is not completely removed re-soak area and allow to work for 1 hour then wipe with a cloth.
Odour Elimination
- Wipe up excess odour causing material.
- Thoroughly soak area with No More Stains+Odours.
- Wait 5 minutes then blot dry with a cloth.
- Allow to dry completely before expecting complete odour removal.
- Keep pets away from the area while treated area dries.
- For tough odours in carpets apply sufficient liquid to reach all odour causing material.
- Wait 1 hour then blot dry.
- Allow treated area to air dry completely before total odour removal.
Laundry Use
- Saturate stain and odours with full strength No More Stains+Odours before washing as normal.

Our delivery rates are based upon the items you order within the our website and where you are located in the country – this will be calculated for you at the checkout.
Delivery cost is apply to single transaction only, another additional delivery cost is required for multiple orders.

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from petmall.co.nz. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible!
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from petmall.co.nz. You can choose to either exchange the product or get your money refunded or as store credit. Our policy allows returns for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.
To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. If it fails to meet these conditions then we will not process a refund or credit.We cannot refund bags of food or treats that have been opened, unless it falls under the palatability guarantee.All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST.
