Directions
- Shake before using.
- Test surface for colour fastness before using. Apply to a hidden area wait 5 minutes then wipe with a cloth. If colour is removed from the test area do not use No More Marking on those surfaces.
- Always use at full strength.
To Prevent Repetitive Pet Marking
- Thoroughly soak previously stained area with No More Marking and wait 5 minutes.
- Blot area with a cloth.
- For areas that have been marked multiple times a second application may be required.
Stain Removal
- Wipe up as much of the stain as possible.
- Thoroughly soak the stain with No More Marking.
- Wait 5 minutes wipe away stain with a cloth.
- Keep pets away from the area while treated area dries.
- For tough stains use a bristle brush.
- If stain is not completely removed re-soak area and allow No More Marking to work for 1 hour wipe stain with a cloth.
Odour Elimination
- Wipe up excess odour causing material.
- Thoroughly soak area with No More Marking.
- Wait 5 minutes blot dry with a cloth.
- Allow to dry completely before expecting complete odour elimination.
- Keep pets away from the area while the treated area dries.
- For tough odours in carpets such as urine apply sufficient volume of liquid to reach all odour causing material. Wait 1 hour then blot dry. Allow treated area to air dry completely before expecting complete odour elimination.

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from petmall.co.nz. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible!
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from petmall.co.nz. You can choose to either exchange the product or get your money refunded or as store credit. Our policy allows returns for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.
To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. If it fails to meet these conditions then we will not process a refund or credit.We cannot refund bags of food or treats that have been opened, unless it falls under the palatability guarantee.All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST.
