How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free on orders over $69 NZD. Orders under $69 are $6.95 nationwide. Free delivery does not apply to rural addresses, so rural delivery is $11.45. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. We use Aramex Courier or NZ Post, and orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days depending on your location. Your order can be tracked to your door.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes – returns are accepted for up to 14 days from the purchase date. The item must be unused, not expired and in its original packaging with tags still attached. For change-of-mind returns you organise and pay for the return shipping; we cover return shipping for anything we sent in error or that was faulty.
Can I pick it up from your shop?
Pickup is available from our shop in Whangaparaoa for items we stock in store.
