Directions
Before using test surface to be treated for colour fastness by applying to a hidden area; wait 5 minutes then wipe with a cloth. If colour is removed from the test area do not use No More Urine on those surfaces. Always use at full strength.
Stain Removal
- Wipe up as much of the stain as possible thoroughly soak the stain with No More Urine Stains+Odours.
- Wait 5 minutes then wipe away stain with a cloth.
- While treated area dries keep pets away from the area.
- For tough stains use a bristle brush.
- If stain is not completely removed re-soak area and allow No More Urine Stains+Odours to work for 1 hour wipe stain with a cloth.
Odour Removal
- Wipe up excess odour causing material thoroughly soak area with No More Urine Stains+Odours.
- Wait 5 minutes then blot dry with a cloth.
- Allow to dry completely before complete odour removal.
- While the treated area dry keep pets away from the area.
- For tough odours in carpets such as vomit apply sufficient volume of liquid to reach all odour causing material.
- Wait 1 hour then blot dry.
- Allow treated area to air dry completely before expecting complete odour removal.
Laundry Use
Saturate stain and odours with No More Urine Stains+Odours at full strength before washing. Then wash as normal.

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from petmall.co.nz. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible!
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from petmall.co.nz. You can choose to either exchange the product or get your money refunded or as store credit. Our policy allows returns for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, flavour or colour etc then you will need to organise and pay for the shipping costs associated with the return. We will cover the return shipping costs of any product we have sent out in error or was faulty.
To return an item, it must be in unused condition and not expired, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. If it fails to meet these conditions then we will not process a refund or credit.We cannot refund bags of food or treats that have been opened, unless it falls under the palatability guarantee.All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST.
